Tourist information center(tic) is situated in Karakol town in Issyk-Kul region and was based by European Commission, constitution of which is serving as Issyk-Kul state universityafterK.Tynystanov. 
Our center provides tourists with accommodation,food,renting,guides and porters. 
Also provides with information tourist and local peoples about sightseeing, natural monuments, trekking roads to neighboring mountainous gorges.Apart from TIC provides with renting tents,mat,sleeping bag,selling souvenirs,postcards,magnets,maps,calendars,different kainds of books by a reasonable prices for tourists.
Likewise, here possible to buy souvenirs made by a local peoples.
One of the main functions of the TIC is to inform the visitors about the fairs, arrangements, festivals.
